At Cove Creek we develop our natural skin and body care products in-house in small batches to ensure our ingredients are at their freshest. If we should have a delay on in-stock availability, an anticipated shipping date will be posted on the product detail page.

All orders for in-stock products are usually shipped within 7 to 10 business days, buy typically sooner than this. During the last days of each calendar month we see an uptick in shipment volume which may extend time to ship by an additional business day.

Covid-19 Delays
Occasionally our products may not be available due to supply chain delays as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. If shipping will be delayed on a product, our product details page will indicate an anticipated shipping date.

We rely on the US Postal Service as our primary shipping carrier. The US Postal Service provides service to rural addresses without additional surcharges. For heavier packages, or larger packages with very light weight, Cove Creek reserves the right to ship via UPS at our discretion. In this case, we will collect any additional shipping costs prior to shipping.

Shipping Rates 
The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight and carton size of your order, and the distance to your destination from North Carolina. Most orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Class with a tracking number. Cove Creek does not offer ongoing free shipping by increasing the product price; we prefer to price our products and shipping separately for transparency. During checkout you will be provided your shipping rate.

Military APO/FPO/DPO Addresses
Products may be shipped to Military APO/FPO/DPO or Military P.O. Box addresses, but some restrictions may apply. Orders being sent to Military P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses will be shipped via US Postal Service and cannot be shipped via overnight or second day service.

Puerto Rico Shipments
We ship orders to Puerto Rico via US Postal Service Priority Mail which provides a tracking number. There is no additional shipping charge for Puerto Rico shipments. 

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number for your reference. If you do not receive your order, we will reference the tracking number status. If the tracking number shows delivery complete, we will consider the delivery complete. Any "porch thefts" are out of our control, and we can not provide refunds if the tracking details shows a delivery is successful to the address on record. Occasionally a delivery is lost in transit; if this should happen we will assist you with details in filing a claim with USPS or UPS. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable as addressed, we will hold the order for reshipping for 10 days and contact you. Once reshipping charges are paid, we will reship your order. If we do not hear from you after 10 days, we will cancel the order and collect a 50% restocking fee prior to refunding the order amount.

Back Orders
If an item in your order is out of stock but arriving soon, we will hold your order 7-10 business days in order to ship the order as complete. If it appears back ordered items will be delayed beyond this time, we will cancel and issue a refund for the out of stock item and ship the balance of the order. We will notify you of the back ordered item with an anticipated shipping date.

Eco-friendly Packaging
Cove Creek is continually working toward minimizing our eco footprint in our product packaging and shipping materials. We use post-consumer resins or biodegradable glass for our product containers, and recycled materials for our shipping solution. We are also working to shift our packaging to using Ocean Waste Plastics wherever possible, which we expect to introduce in the next 12 months.
