Please note the Consultant Enrollment Fee and any type of Product Pack (including Founder's Packs and other types of Product Packs that include promotionally discounted items) are non-refundable

We Stand Behind Our Products
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we want to know about it. We have faith in our products. However, we make no medical or curative claims. Returns for reasons other than damaged or defective product will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. Original shipping costs are not refundable.  

Damaged or Defective Product
We guarantee the quality on everything we sell. If a product is damaged or defective at time of delivery, you must notify us within seven (7) days from the delivery date. Payment of return shipping costs and product replacement will be determined based on the type of concern. Should the damage or defect be a result of our product quality, we will issue a call tag for the product and provide a replacement. Please do not discard any product and/or packaging from the shipment until instructed by customer service in writing.

Returns    
Returns for reasons other than damage or defect must be requested within 7 days from the date of purchase. This offer is void if the product is more than 50% used. You are responsible to cover shipping costs to ship the item(s) back to our distribution center.

Refund Instructions
All returns must be authorized by Cove Creek in writing prior to returning the item(s) for a refund or exchange. We ask that you include a short note telling us why you weren't completely satisfied. Be sure to include your order transaction number as this is equivalent to your sales receipt. Customer Service will make available to you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will provide the return-to shipping address along with the RMA number. This number MUST be included as the first line in the address on the shipping label. Any returns received without an RMA will not be processed. Refunds will be settled using the same payment method used to pay for the original purchase. All refunds and exchanges are done on the 1st and the 15th of each month.
